Enrollment Verifications

You are NOW able to request an Enrollment Verification via Banner self-service. No more waiting in line to make the request, no more completing paperwork, just complete the online request and submit! Enrollment verifications are only available for the current semester. Students should wait until the semester has begun before requesting an enrollment verification.

  • Log in to Banner Self-Service
  • Select the waffle menu in the upper left corner.
  • Click “Banner”
  • Select “Student”
  • Click on “Student Records Requests”
  • Choose “Request Enrollment Verification”
  • Enter the required information
  • Click “Submit”

Degree Verifications

The University of Mary Washington has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide enrollment and degree verifications. The National Student Clearinghouse can be contacted at:
