Traditional Transcript Requests
Currently enrolled students should make their request through their EagleNet accounts. When using EagleNet it is not necessary to fax or hand deliver your request. Your ‘send to’ information feeds directly into Banner so please be careful and check the address before finalizing your request.
- Log into EagleNet
- Go to Banner Self-Service
- Choose Student & Financial Aid
- Choose Student Records
- Choose Request Printed/Official Transcript
Transcripts are sent at the student’s signed written request or should you need an electronic copy, you may order one from the Clearinghouse secure site for a small fee, more information is located below. If you are sending a written request the students must supply:
- full name, with any and all changes
- dates of attendance
- current address
- address to which transcript is to be sent
Transcript requests are filled upon receipt, please allow 5 business days for processing. Transcript requests can be processed more quickly when all of the above information is included in your letter. We cannot accept e-mail requests. There is no fee.

Online Transcript Ordering
The University of Mary Washington has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide transcript ordering via the internet. To order an official transcript, log in to the Clearinghouse secure site. You may request up to five copies at a time. The Clearinghouse charges a $2.25 convenience fee for this online service. This service provides convenience in making requests, as well as, viewing the status of your order and email confirmation. Should you need an electronic transcript, this is the only method to obtain an electronic transcript.
Requests are generally processed within three to five business days from the time of receipt, however, longer processing may occur during graduation and final grade processing, or if you attended prior to 1991.
