How do you apply for a CE designation for courses?
Faculty interested in having a course designated as CE should ensure that the course meets the threshold requirements:
- The course requires 10 hours of work with the community
- The course addresses all of the required learning outcomes
To apply for CE designation, use the “add a designation” option in CIM.
The CE designation also carries the Beyond the Classroom designation, and may be approved for Diverse and Global Perspectives designation, depending on the outcomes of your specific course.
