What is Out of the Nest?

Out of the Nest is a blog offering perspectives, resources, opinions, and strategies about teaching at UMW and more broadly in higher education today. It’s shorter than a workshop (most days) and available when you have time to pause and reflect on your classroom practice.

Out of the Nest also posts stories about faculty and their teaching adventures, as well as updates about Center for Teaching and partner programming.
