CfT sponsors New Faculty Orientation, a year-long program focused on teaching, research, and service for all new full-time faculty at UMW. New faculty ‘learn the ropes’ of their new institutional home while networking with colleagues from across the university. Each month’s cohort meeting has a theme and invited guests to support learning and discussion.
