How do we identify students for research and creative projects? How much should this process be student-initiated versus mentor-initiated? What does it mean to mentor undergraduate students in research and creative projects? How do we make sure that research and creativity is accessible, to as many students as possible? We’ll talk with our colleagues about how they have approached these issues and think together about how we can improve student access and student outcomes.
