What are Teaching Talks?
Teaching Talks are discussion-based, hour-long gatherings focused on a specific teaching topic. After a topic introduction, participants are encouraged to share related teaching questions and resources. Center for Teaching staff provide ‘takeaway’ resources and follow-up consultation support.
When are Teaching Talks held?
Teaching Talks are held throughout the semester and in locations around campus. Consult the Center for Teaching Events Calendar for the most current offerings.
How do I present at a Teaching Talk?
If you are interested in presenting a Teaching Talk, contact Center for Teaching staff. Teaching Talks are generally scheduled the semester prior to presentation. However, don’t hesitate to reach out with interest if you have a timely topic!
