The date for degree awarding is the conclusion of the summer, fall or spring terms in which all the degree requirements are completed. Students are cleared for the degree awarding and the degree is posted on the official transcript at the conclusion of the summer, fall or spring terms which all degree requirements were completed.
In extraordinary situations, an undergraduate student who requires no more than one course for graduation and plans to complete the degree requirement following commencement may request to participate by petitioning the Office of the Registrar.
To submit your request, complete the form below. The form will be available from March 13, 2017 to March 31, 2017 at 11:59 pm. You will receive confirmation of the Registrar’s decision by April 14, 2017.
