To be completed by UMW Faculty or Staff in support of qualified applicants for Study Abroad Scholarships through the Center for International Education.
  • Must be an official UMW Faculty/Staff email account in the "@umw.edu" domain. Request for confirmation will be sent to this account.
  • Please describe your connection to the student you are recommending, including capacity in which you know them and how long you have known them.
  • Please describe the applicant’s academic and personal suitability for study abroad. Please add any additional comments that would help in the evaluation of this applicant.
  • You will receive an e-mail verifying your identity as the UMW faculty or staff member listed above at your UMW e-mail address. Please reply to the e-mail to confirm this submission. The submission will not be complete until your confirmation has been submitted. Thank you.
