Procedures for Requesting Accessible Formats

Student’s Responsibility

  1. Fill out an Accessible Text Agreement with the ODR each school year the student is in need of copyrighted material in accessible formats.
  2. Provide the ODR proof of purchase of all books/materials
  3. Fill out an Accessible Text Request form for each book/material
  4. Drop off all forms/materials to the ODR in Lee Hall, Room 401 or submit via email to odr@umw.edu
